There is no lights-out time, but please be considerate of guests in other rooms and keep the noise down after 10 p.m.
You can come and go as you like, 24 hours a day, at the Sakara Gion Machiya Townhouse
Smoking is prohibited indoors and in the interior garden. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas in town.
Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limits for each room.
Please help us keep the room clean and prevent damage to facilities and equipment.

A: Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. If you would like to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance (additional fees may apply).
A: Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas. The password will be provided upon check-in.
Miyazu City: Yes, we have free parking at the Sakara Kyoto Miyazu and Miyazu Machiya locations. However, as space is limited, we ask that customers who wish to use the parking lot make a reservation in advance (details will be sent to you).
Kyoto City: No, for Sakara Kyoto Inn and Sakara Gion Machiya, we do not have a parking lot, but you can easily use nearby paid parking areas.
A: No, we do not offer meals. However, there are many local restaurants within walking distance of Sakara Kyoto. You can check them out on the guide map. Each room is also equipped with a kitchenette, so you can enjoy cooking for yourself.
A: No, we are sorry, but we do not allow guests to bring pets.
