1. General rules

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the use of all services and facilities provided by Sakura Koraku Hotel (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”). Customers who use our hotel services (hereinafter referred to as “customers”) are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

2. About reservations

• Reservation confirmed: Reservations are made through the hotel's website, phone, or other reservation method, and are confirmed upon confirmation of the reservation from the hotel.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations or changes to reservations will be made in accordance with our hotel's cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply, so please check the information at the time of booking for details.
• No shows: Failure to arrive on the day of booking will be treated as a no-show and the full price of the stay may be charged.

3. Check-in/out

• Check-in time: After 3 p.m.
• Check-out time: until 11:00 a.m.
• Early check in and late check out: Early check-in and late check-out can be accommodated to the extent possible if requested in advance, but additional charges may apply.

4. Accommodation Fees and Payments

• View prices: Room rates are based on the rates displayed on the hotel's website or other media. Prices include taxes and service charges.
• Payments: Accommodation charges are payable in cash or with a designated credit card at the time of check-in or check-out.
• Additional charges: Expenses not included in the room rate, such as room service and use of the minibar, will be paid separately upon check-out.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Use of facilities: Guests are requested to use the hotel's facilities and equipment carefully and not to cause inconvenience to other guests or facilities.
• Damages: If a customer intentionally or negligently causes damage to the property or equipment of our hotel, we may claim compensation for that damage.
• Prohibitions: Acts prohibited by law, acts of violence, nuisance, and bringing in dangerous goods are prohibited on the hotel grounds. If a violation is confirmed, you may be asked to move out immediately.

7. Disclaimers

• Disruption of service delivery: The hotel is not responsible for any interruptions in the provision of services due to natural disasters, equipment failure, or other force majeure.
• EXTENT OF LIABILITY: The hotel's liability is limited to the extent of the accommodation fee. The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss to the customer's personal property.

8. Changes to the terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the hotel. The revised terms and conditions will be applied from the time they are posted on the hotel's website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes relating to these Terms of Use are governed by Japanese law, and the court that has jurisdiction over the location of this hotel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
